As our GSM, you'll play a pivotal role in redefining expectations for both our team and our customers. You'll oversee new and used vehicle sales, providing guidance and inspiration to our sales team while ensuring we exceed our profitability and customer satisfaction goals.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee sales activities across both new and used vehicle departments.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives.
Provide inspirational leadership to the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, responding to any issues with swift and satisfactory solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and brand visibility.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a GSM or similar role in the automotive industry.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Superior sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in managing and analyzing sales data.
